When you decide to entrust the rental to us, we start compiling the digital rental file. We collect the necessary documentation, draw up the rental agreement and create a high-quality presentation of the property — from styling and photography to text, with attention to detail and experience. The property is presented via Bloomstone.nl, Funda, social media, and we utilize our network of fellow offices and companies that are actively looking for rental properties.

As soon as the property is live, we actively contact potential candidates. We then organize viewings. During this phase, we keep you closely involved and advise on progress, reactions and opportunities in the market.

When the right tenant has been found, we guide the signing of the rental agreement and the check-in of the property. Upon completion, we are personally present to inspect the property and ensure that the key transfer runs smoothly.

We also remain involved after the rental. During the rental period, you can count on our support with questions, extensions or follow-up. Should the situation change or a new rental be required, we will be there for you again. Because at Bloomstone, our involvement does not stop after one transaction. We build long-term relationships, based on trust and diligence.
