Bloomstone Real Estate is a young and dynamic company
We pride ourselves on being a real estate agency that focuses on long-term relationships. We offer our clients personal, tailored, and clear advice on the purchase and sale of real estate. Bloomstone Real Estate believes that personal contact with clients is crucial to finding the ideal real estate solution, both for individuals and companies. Our ultimate goal is your satisfaction. Bloomstone Real Estate leaves nothing to chance. We make things possible; ‘no’ is not an option for us.

Fleur Dijkmans
Sales agent, founder and partner
From the beginning, Fleur knew that real estate would be her world. After studying Real Estate and Brokerage, Fleur started in London at a private equity fund focused on retail real estate. “I ended up in the acquisition team and enjoyed it so much that I thought: I want to do this myself.” In 2016, she founded Bloomstone. A few years later, Maxime, with whom she had dreamed of starting her own office since their student days, joined her. Since then, we’ve really been doing it together.
Bloomstone has consciously remained small. The office does not run on volume, but on trust. “Almost all our clients come to us through existing clients. People feel heard and receive personal attention. It’s about relationships.”
You can also see that approach in how Fleur works with clients. “The best thing I find is that clients come back. Often you buy your first home in Amsterdam around your late twenties, and then they come back to us later for their next step. It’s a great compliment when you get to do three or four transactions for the same client.” Fleur enjoys the contact with all kinds of people – young, old, first-time buyers or those moving on – and the different wishes that come with it. “It’s always custom work, and that keeps it challenging.”
Her passion lies in adding value: giving good advice, understanding the market, and giving clients the feeling that they are in safe hands. “Amsterdam is so dynamic, private individuals often have no idea where to start. We make sure they know which price is in line with the market and where opportunities lie.”
Fleur herself lives in Amsterdam-Zuid. “It’s spacious, a bit quieter, you really have a sense of community there. A nice place to live with a family.” In her spare time, she prefers to walk through the Vondelpark with her dog, wander along the canals, or have drinks with friends.

Maxime Pluis
Sales agent and partner
From a young age, her home life revolved around real estate. “My mother is a real estate agent, my father is in real estate, and my brother and sisters also work in it. We often talked about properties, negotiations, and projects at the kitchen table, so the choice was actually very natural.” When she started in real estate, she noticed how well the profession suited her: “I liked it right away, and I’ve always continued to work in it since then.”
The move to Bloomstone felt like a logical next phase. “Fleur and I have known each other since our student days. We always had the dream of starting a company together. First, I wanted to gain experience and knowledge as an employee, but eventually, we took the step to Bloomstone together.”
In her way of working, pleasure is central. “The process of buying or selling can be quite stressful, so I want to make sure it stays fun. I try to go into every viewing positively, whether it’s for a seller or as a buying agent. The process can be intensive, but it is precisely through these many viewings that you build a bond, and that gives customers a good feeling.” What touches her the most is the impact she can make: “Making people happy with choices that change their lives – that’s the best thing about this profession.”
She lives with her family in Amsterdam-Noord. “We have a new-build home on the water. It’s a wonderful place to live, and I don’t see myself leaving Noord anytime soon.” In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, but also cooking, modern art, and traveling. “We like to take city trips in Europe, and once or twice a year we take a bigger trip. That way we create beautiful memories together.

Tess van Londen
Commercial Employee
Tess ensures that the process runs smoothly from start to finish. “From the presentation of a property online to the moment the purchase agreement is signed, I am involved.” Within Bloomstone, she feels at home in the small, close-knit team: “I ended up here through a mutual friend. The personal, cozy character of the office and the collaboration with two nice girls immediately appealed to me.”
Originally, Tess comes from the east of the country. Fifteen years ago, she moved to Amsterdam, where she quickly felt at home. Ten years ago, she bought her first house – an experience that further strengthened her love for and interest in the housing market.
With her warm and social approach, Tess coordinates all the steps in the process. “The great thing about my role is that I can work in a service-oriented way, and that we can work together towards something beautiful. What the real estate agents need at that moment varies, and I adapt to that flexibly.” Her strength lies in personal contact and creating a smooth, efficient workflow, even when the pressure is high.
Outside of her work, Tess draws inspiration from the city itself. The canals and the monumental buildings give her energy: “Those beautiful buildings, I can really enjoy them.” For Tess, home is mainly a place where she feels comfortable. She also wants to convey that same feeling of peace and trust in her work.

Claire Dupain
Trainee Estate Agent
Claire studied Law at Tilburg University and obtained her master’s degree in 2024. After this milestone, she decided to broaden her horizons with a trip through Southeast Asia. “Those months gave me space to discover what I really wanted,” she says. “When I came back, I decided to follow my heart and switch from the legal profession to the real estate world — and I’m really enjoying that.”
Since then, Claire has been fully committed to Bloomstone Real Estate. It was the close-knit team, the personal atmosphere, and the space to grow that immediately appealed to her: “From the first moment, it felt like a place where I can learn a lot and develop myself further.” She is currently completing her real estate diplomas and supports real estate agents Fleur and Maxime in a variety of activities. She is involved in the entire process — from the first sales and purchase viewings to the completion — and ensures that everything runs smoothly and carefully.
She is completely happy at home in Amsterdam-Oost. “It’s a quiet neighborhood with nice coffee shops and great sports spots, but I’m in the center in no time,” she says. She draws inspiration from the city itself: “Amsterdam is bustling, but also has its quiet corners. That makes it such a nice place for me to live and work.”
